I hope you fall in love with life. With living. The little sweet candies in stores that you can pop right into your mouth. The little rivers that you dip your feet into. The spray of the ocean as you ride the waves, the wind on your neck during a hike, the embrace of someone special. Smelling the first flower of Spring and the crunch of the first leaves of Fall. I hope one day you no longer feel the need to take out your pain on your skin, on your body. I hope one day those


How To Self Care
Step 1: Get plenty of sleep. Research shows that teens between the ages of 14 and 17 need 8-10 hours of sleep. Step 2: Go out and enjoy nature. Sunlight is said to put you in a better mood and give an instant burst of energy. Step 3: Do hobbies that you enjoy. Step 4: Hug people. Hugs can reduce stress and help connect with people. We need 4 hugs a day to survive, 8 hugs for maintenance, and 12 hugs for growth. Step 5: Talk to people. Talking to another, whether that’s a frie
