    Asking for help

Needing help is not a sign of weakness or sickness. It's just a sign that you are unable to see any solutions in this one moment in time but that is different from the solutions not existing. If you have more in this one moment than you can cope with and you don't see any solution other than harming yourself, don't be afraid to ask a trusted family member or friend for help. Even if you don't know what you really need. If you're not sure what to say, confide in someone and ask them to simply sit quietly with you.
